Definition of Capability

This capability allows the Seller to advise the Airline that payment will be by cash and to expect settlement via the respective settlement system (e.g. BSP Cash, ARC Cash)

Retailing Capabilities Verification Guidance

To process payments between a Seller and an Airline via a settlement system, the Seller needs to indicate the “Cash” form of payment in the following “TypeCode” element, alongside identity information under the Cash payment method:

• /IATA_OrderCreateRQ/Request/PaymentFunctions/PaymentProcessingDetails/TypeCode

• /IATA_OrderCreateRQ/Request/PaymentFunctions/PaymentProcessingDetails/PaymentMethod/Cash/TravelAgent/TravelAgentID
